ritzenglandThe Ritz London offers a rare behind the scenes cooking class and gourmet dinner conducted by Executive Chef John Williams.

The Chef’s Masterclass takes place in the hotel’s banqueting kitchens and dinner is served in one of the hotel’s magnificent 18th century private dining rooms in the William Kent House.  The evening begins with a welcome Champagne Reception followed by a tour of the legendary Ritz kitchens with The Chef.  The Masterclass menus, created by John Williams and focusing on seasonal dishes with the guests’ specific requirements in mind, are prepared course by course and after each demonstration and a hands-on cooking class, guests proceed to the dining table to enjoy the fruits of their labor!

The Ritz Masterclass is available, by reservation only, for groups of 8-10 people at a cost of 200 pounds (approximately US $282.00) per person to include the welcome reception, four-course dinner and wines.  Overnight accommodation is also available for an additional supplement.

For reservations and booking details please contact Tracy Batt in the Events Department, +44-207-300-2506.

The only hotel in the world to have received a Royal Warrant from His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales, The Ritz of London has long been the hotel of choice for the Royal Family and for visiting dignitaries.  Conceived by renowned hotelier Cesar Ritz, The Ritz opened in 1906 and features a prominent French Chateau style of architecture and Louis XVI inspired interiors.  With 113 rooms and 24 suites overlooking both Piccadilly and Green Park in London’s fashionable Mayfair district, The Ritz offers the quintessential British hotel experience from afternoon tea in the Palm Court to the maintenance of a formal dress code in the public areas.
