Unabashedly aimed at 20-somethings, this wine tasting in Seattle, Washington, features more than 75 Washington State winemakers pouring their “$30 per bottle and under” favorites alongside up-and-coming chefs serving delicious culinary treats. Not that they want to exclude other Road Trips Foodies — “the 35 and under ‘at heart'” are welcome as well. If you’re driving on the Northwest Coast the weekend before Thanksgiving, consider a detour. The “20Something” wine tasting starts at 6 p.m. November 21, 2009, in Fremont Studios, 155 North 35th Street, Seattle, Washington. Tickets are $50 per person (or $90 “per pair”). It’s sponsored by the Washington Wine Commission.
