Wine, Beer, Seafood & Music Festival

oregon_winebeerseafoodThe 3rd Annual Wine, Beer, Seafood & Music Festival (nicknamed, appropriately, “Confluence 2010”) takes place February 12-14, 2010 in the old W. F. Jewett School in Gardiner, Oregon. Events include “Wine Taster’s Dinner,” at 6 p.m. February 12 plus opening hours for the confluence itself from noon until 10 p.m. February 13 and noon to 7 p.m. February 14. On the schedule in the “Rogue Room” February 13 are ice sculpture carving by Chris Foltz, art and crafts, and cooking demonstrations by area chefs. On February 14, the “Rogue Room” will offer chowder samplings during the annual Reedsport and Winchester Bay Chowder Cook-Off where locals compete to go on to the 2010 Coastal Chowder, Blues and Brews Contest.
