Denis MartinIf you’re a fan of molecular gastronomy, Road Trips Foodies, then this opportunity is perfect. Head to Vevey, Switzerland, with a reservation for one of Denis Martin‘s Passion Evenings. The chef (who has two Michelin stars and 18 GaultMillau points), stages these special dinners three evenings each week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays). They start with a tour of the kitchen. Then, comes the Evolution menu main course (24 tastes including such treats as sardine sorbet and duck’s liver muesli). And, finally, you’ll receive an autographed copy of Chef Denis’ recipe book. All for only 450 Swiss francs per person (about $436 these days), but that includes wine. Zut alors!
