Spring Cheese & Wine Festival
The Cheese & Wine Festival is back for a spring gastronomic celebration.; It’s set for the weekend of March 18 through 20, 2011, at Southbank Centre Square, Belvedere Road, London, England, United Kingdom.
Now in its third year, the festival not only celebrates wine and cheese, but demonstrates the nuances and delights of the relationship between the two. Although the organizers don’t specify whether there’ll be more cheeses or more wines, there will be more than 250 varieties of the two from across the globe for you to sample and purchase.
And, foodstuffs made with wine and cheese also will be available, Road Trips Foodies, including raclette, homemade delicacies from around the world, cheesecakes and much more. Demonstrations, tutored tastings, talks and book-signings also are planned.
