Triniti to Open in Houston

Submitted by on November 17, 2011 – 12:14 amNo Comment

With a nod to the culinary triad of sweet, savory and spirits, Executive Chef Ryan Hildebrand will open Triniti, 2815 South Shepherd Drive, Houston, Texas, next month. The goal? A progressive restaurant featuring California French cuisine.

Set to debut in mid-December, Triniti will have a core menu, changing seasonally, that Chef Hildebrand describes as “progressive regional American cuisine with California/West Coast sensibilities”. A supplemental menu will change daily.

On the beverage side of the menu, sommelier Fred Zennati will focus on classic, Champagne and “Nouvelle Vague” (new wave) cocktails, along with craft beers and a wine list that is, according to Zennati, “creative, fun and drinkable.”

Hildebrand, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, has worked with a variety of high profile Houston chefs.

Joining him in the kitchen are Chef de Cuisine Jose Hernandez, Chef Greg Lowery, Chef Matt Lovelace and at the front of the house, General Manager/Sommelier Fred Zennati.
