The Food & Wine Festival in Palm Desert, California, takes place March 23 through 25, 2012.
Three days of gourmet dining await participants, including a four-course luncheon on March 23 and food tent sampling the other two days. Tickets are available online.
The fest showcases 45 restaurants and their chefs from throughout California. It benefits the Culinary Institute of America’s Endowed Scholarship Fund.
