South Beach Wine & Food Festival
Dinners, parties, seminars and brunches are promised for the next South Beach Wine & Food Festival, set for February 21 through 24, 2013, in and around Miami, Florida.
Tickets are on sale now, and the marquee events (needless to say) are the first to sell out. Among the chefs: Paula Deen, Bobby Flay, Daniel Boulud, Rachael Ray and Guy Fieri.
The Festival’s host hotel — Loews Miami Beach — is the site for the annual Tribute Dinner February 23, 2013, this year honoring Nobu Matsuhisa and Christophe Navarre with Mistress of Ceremonies Martha Stewart.
The SoBe Festival has raised more than $16 million for the Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center.
