squashThinking of Thanksgiving, Road Trips Foodies, or just musing about the flavors of fall?

If your travel plans take you to western Georgia next month, there’s a workshop to consider at Hills & Dales Estate, 1916 Hills & Dales Drive, LaGrange, Georgia (map).

Beginning at 10 a.m. November 9, 2013, catering chef Jeffery W. Tucker who specializes in “Food for the Soul” demonstrates some of his favorite recipes. Cost is $40 per person.

Jeffery will highlight a variety of dishes suitable for a fall feast and participants will get to taste each creation. During the program, Jeffery will create an entrée, salad, side dish and dessert. With Thanksgiving just weeks away he will also include a few Turkey-day menu ideas.
