Where Food Sharing is Expected
Union Common, a “social concept” steakhouse, is now open at 1929 Broadway, Nashville, Tennessee.
The 125-seat restaurant with a 27-seat bar focuses on shared dining from a menu created by chef Bobby Benjamin, who created many dishes that are gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly.Prices range from around $15 for starters such as escargot and spicy sweetbreads to more than $90 for the “Nashville Tower” of fresh seafood or duck fat roasted 20-ounce filet mignon.
Three or more tablemates could easily share any item on the menu.
Union Common is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. with brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
