Joan Donatelle, Food Expert for Lunds & Byerlys and author of the new cookbook Astonishing Apples, will demonstrate preparation of recipes that go beyond the apple crisp: Applicious Bruschetta, Applepanzanella and Southwestern Chicken Sausage Stir Fry.
