It’s almost National Chocolate Soufflé Day — February 28. Road Trips Foodies wandering the West Coast might want to celebrate the day at La Chachette Bistro, 1733 Ocean Avenue, Santa Monica, California. It was #8 on a list of “75 best restaurants” in Los Angleles, as selected by LA Magazine. They considered it the best French restaurant, lauding the chocolate soufflé with crème anglaise and whipped cream.
