Araxi Longtable @ North Arm Farm is a pair of outdoor dining experiences produced by Araxi Restaurant in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. They take place August 27, 2011, and September 11, 2011, at North Arm Farm, Pemberton BC, and feature Chef James Walt.
Each event begins with a reception and farm tour with North Arm Farm’s proprietor Jordan Sturdy, followed by a four-course menu featuring the valley’s local produce, beef from its pastures, day-boat catches from nearby coastal fisheries and wines from local producers. The per person price, $160, is all-inclusive: reception, four-course menu, wine, tax and gratuity.
