Christmas Food Tour
Headed to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, this holiday season, Road Trips Foodies?
Tantalize your taste buds on a two-hour walking tour of the city’s Gastown district with Taste Vancouver Food Tours. Led by “Gassy Jack,” guests learn about the history and culture of this historic neighborhood while visiting 10 of Gassy’s favorite eateries along the way.
This holiday-themed tour includes a number of festive treats, including eggnog lattes, fruit-flavored Belgian ale, chocolate orange cheesecake and shortbread cookies. To top it all off, guests get to nibble on lobster mac and cheese, West Coast crab cakes, pulled pork and more. The tour costs $39 (plus tax but including all tastings), and runs from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays (last one is January 8, 2012).
